Previous EGM vote results released by ISX included both the # of shares voted and the # of shareholders.. the demerger vote results didn’t

A quick look at the top 20 (excl Red5 and Select) at the time and the # of shares voted, it was evident that as few as only a handful needed to vote to make up the number in the announcement (so unless the large holders ignored the demerger, most of the 10,000 shareholders couldn’t have given two hoots).

I’d bet around 100 or so shareholders actually bothered to submit their response and resulted in the 98.13%.. but that aspect was never released as it doesn’t suit the narrative..
