The reason this is in court is because that's the job of ASIC.The suspension has hurt us, absolutely. I 100% agree that we ISX shareholders would be better off if we were let go. But if JK were allowed to do whatever he wanted with no suspension, then so would the next company, and the next company, and directors wouldnt have any accountability, because "we have shareholders, and ASIC can't suspend our shares because it might hurt mum and dad investors." So we get screwed. With what JK is accused of (by ASIC, in court documents), if you weren't going to suspend ISX, when would you? So far the court has (apparently, I'm not able to listen) looked at the allegations of intentionally misleading investors in a briefing, and then not telling us when Visa terminated our contract... and then next we have the allegations surrounding them claiming 300m performance shares... it's a lot.The point is, they are protecting shareholders... all shareholders... and that kinda screws us.
