Visa - I've always been in 2 minds on the relevance of Visa.
On one hand, we were suspended, so it made minimal impact. People were still doing off-market trades, so theoretically it could've impacted them... but that's pretty small quantum.
On the other hand, ASIC are trying to prove a pattern of directors ignoring their legal duties. That we were suspended is more about "not complying is excusable", more than "we did the right thing".
The other key part is that Visa terminated our agreement because of concerns about our risk of Anti Money Laundering compliance. Given that we are a fintech with focus on security, Visa having concerns that we suck at AML is pretty relevant to shareholders.
But then again, the suspension... so... hmm...
