Did ASIC suspend ISX (SP1)? I'm thought it was ASX?

Again why has ASIC gone to this extent? Why is the company being dragged down with the MD? If the MD of a big 4 bank committed fraud the bank would not collapse, the MD would face penalties.

The VISA saga to me has always been a non issue as it happened 6 months after the suspension. You can't suspend for something that may happen in the future. As a shareholder the only impact it had was to create negative sentiment towards ISX (SP1).

This case is all about ISX (SP1) anything outside of that is irrelevant. Enlighten me, who are ASIC/ASX protecting? That would be an interesting read.
