    ASIC v ISX Hearing Continues - Monday 5th June 23 - DAY 10

    Hi shareholders and readers,

    Start @9.25 approx.

Hearing started early from the 10.15 advertised start time. I subscribed to the federal court of australia youtube channel and the feed showed up, otherwise would have missed the first 45 min.

Both the previous kc's & a new asic lawyer mr cruz, spent the first 30 min working through the points of objections and issues the parties will be expanding upon throughout the day. All the talk was in relation to the visa matter.

@9.53 isx kc calls mr seafort to the stand. Name, address etc working through other points to note.

@10.01 asic kc takes over and starts asking questions re Visa issue regarding a historical timeline to build his case.

Imo after an hour of this visa questioning there's nothing been revealed that isn't already known.

After a further hour, I can say to anyone who isn't watching this live video, your not missing anything important. This is pure theatre, to justify the suspension.... asic case is so weak imo.

Asic whole case is assumption after assumption, obviously in the negative to support there case against isx. Mr seafort is providing evidence how it unfolded. Isx case is holding strong because it was all done according to the listing rules based on how negotiations are handled. Mr seafort evidence is authentic and believable. The asic kc can't crack the isx strong case because they did everyhing by the book. Mr seafort is very professional.

Todays hearing has been confirmation of all known visa facts already put forward in this morning session. Imo asic hasn't picked up any point that are detrimental to isx case. Infact the longer this goes the weaker asic is looking, its that obvious if viewed through an open mind.

Sofar today, its the system doing what it does best, and that's imo creating issues out of nothing, mountains out of molehill stuff. All to arrive at a conclusion that really isn't that critical in the scheme of things.

    Court adjourned at 12.55

    Will resume at 2.15

His honour did mention court would finish at 3.30 this arvo, he has another hearing to attend.
