This afternoon Borsky tried his best to show that the ASX VISA query letters prove ISX purposely misled the market. Seafort, however, said that ISX was instructed (by him) to be honest in its response but to not fall prey to answering questions that were not direct and which were insinuating. Borsky attempted to point out answers where there was, in his opinion (and obviously ASX's), non-disclosure, but Searfort was effective in showing that the answers were, in fact, honest and if read correctly, answered the questions asked. Much was said again to attempt to colour Seafort's answers as Seafort "not questioning whether what ISX (vis-a-vis Karantzis) said was honest or not (and not caring...), but Seafort attempted many times to show there were many people involved in conversations and decisions on what to write and that Seafort himself believed ASX questions were confusing, leading, insinuative and non-sensical.

All in all, I do not believe Borsky's day has been well spent. And we will have to last through his waffle tomorrow morning as well. Get some sleep!
