i have a question and i could be off base with it
ASIC questions seems to want to nail down a date that ISX understood that they knew they were going to be terminated by VISA even before the termination letter, why i ask this question is Tim Hart noted that they were still processing payments for 120 days after the termination letter, so technically they still had a contract in place and whatever JK said to the independent expert is true, but if they got ISX to say we understood it to all over with VISA in say March that would make it a close call with JK and the independent expert with JK lying as purposed by ASIC.
