That could be the issue about this case Benny both views are plausible. sbuck post earlier touched on how i felt, especially his sentence about JK and experts' email in June i think. i was concerned about the dates, then Tradalot answered my question about ASIC spending a lot of time locking down dates, APRIL 17th so the 120 days from that point takes us to August, so in JK mind and i would myself use August as the date to say it's over with VISA in business, you would in the back of your mind think that you can make it work, always going to noise in-between. So, if JK mind is set to August then anything is possible, Maybe that's how the EXPERTS felt 50 /50 situation.
