Oh come on. You negative Nancy's cant see the forest for the trees or more likely can but can't handle the truth, just like ASX and ASIC.

    The story here is simple.

Performance shares were earned and accepted by ASX.
A few people got crappy cause they missed out and spread the word.
OM got hold of news and did a report. (This is were we all know what happened and lets say shares were sold but while its ok to say in the Court in front of a judge and live streamed, can't say who on HC WTH?)
ASX weren't happy and investigated. Couldn't find any issues and Fatty (that's for Evil Betty) ruffled feathers, pounded his chest and screwed the SH because of it.
ASIC got involved and still can't find an issue, then Visa comes in.
ISX is suspended and they still go after ISX for being a little late disclosing the termination, even though it's clear they were trying to salvage the contract.
As ASIC and ASX can pin them for anything else they are going hard here.

Guarantee if this was any other company for late disclosure not only would they not be in court, they wouldn't be suspended and as a small start up probably only given a small fine or warning.

This is what happens when men act like children. They all wanna win the peeing contest and as always the little fella with no power is the one that gets done over.

ASIC win? Wow well done, now lets go to LSE or the likes, with someone else at the helm for the first 6-12 months.
ASIC lose, Wow well done lets got to the LSE or the likes with Fatty still up front.

The big questions is will ASIC forget their damaged pride and look into the OM report, the shares sold and whether there was an inside man at the ASX giving out information for you know who to sell his shares?
