Mr Hart admitted under cross-examination on Tuesday afternoon that the Visa letter was not a draft and it was signed, by a number of the company’s representatives.“It was not merely raising issues for response and notifying of a potential termination, was it?” Mr Borsky asked.Mr Hart replied: “I’ve already given evidence to say it said termination, but I still thought it wasn’t final – that there was ongoing negotiation, yes.”As the exchange heated up, Mr Borsky asked: “Mr Karantzis was lying to Clayton Utz about the nature of the April 17 correspondence, wasn’t he?”“He’s inaccurate with that statement,” Mr Hart replied.
