Your inferences "drinking JK's cool-aid" etc are very insulting.
I didn't say that VISA thought them a threat. I said they were competitors. They wanted ISX to move down a tier that was significantly more expensive for ISX plus affected ISX's customer base. As for ASX, something was up. As I have said, their treatment of ISX was very bizarre.
Considering what ISX had achieved in 4 years (2015 - 2019), this start-up company had made significant successes. I think they deserved the performance shares. If they had asked, I would have voted to give it to them anyway.
