Visa has paid out billions in fines and has been in perpetual competition/antitrust lawsuits for the last decade. Their experience in engaging in anti-competitive conduct is blatant. Just 3 months ago it was slapped with billions. Visa will go after anyone big and small it's clearly there for anyone to see, it's "protecting" its market share though the courts don't agree and haven't many times.
