I watched 90% of today's proceedings and as a layman I viewed Mr Hart as performing really well and the ASIC KC doing his very best to prove ASIC case which he pretty much failed to do on most points. As Tradie said ASIC may have come out on top on a few points but these will all require further testimony and certainly not an ASIC win.

This is as good as any movie/TV court room drama most entertaining and enlightening.
