Well I for one will accept the court findings. As you say, I am just keen for all matters to be aired and adjudicated on. I'm by no means a large shareholder (<2% of my portfolio), but this case has certainly captivated my interest. I can definitely see dubious matters by ISX management, but I also struggle with some of the actions taken by market operator and regulator that is questionable and inconsistent with treatment of other listed entities. Not sure on evidential proof vs assumptions either. Whatever the outcome, things clearly need to change to better protect shareholders investing in this regulated market.
