Not sure you have the capacity to even comprehend what's happening here. I've been talking about the "specific" for years with evidence based writing, yet your still as vague as ever to what's going on.
Here's the "specific" in all cases, as were all con trolled by laws and rules.
The law / rules are used by those in power, to enrich and empower there own, and to undermine and control there opposition (people / business) to effect that goal.
