In that same example you mentioned, I like how mr hart gave several examples of when he was ceo? at Ridley Corporation (RIC) the huge agricultural animal nutrition solutions company - MC ~700 million. Those statements concreted his reasoning on isx position behind the visa announcement to market. That also put an end to that questioning from asic kc.

Around the same time did you here mr hart explain the conversation he had with KL at the start of the asx suspension. Mr hart wanted to get off on a good working relationship with KL and get things sorted. KL quickly smashed that idea with his come back reply. I won't put it here, because I can't quote the reply verbatim. I will say it was a very dictatorial and arrogant reply from KL imo. The quote surprised me.

Regarding ms teams. I'm viewing the hearing from an ipad air. I use the link that the court provided, which takes me to the teams landing page. From there I hit the join meeting tab, then open in ms teams app tab, followed by join from my account. It always joins straight up no probs, never had that issue of video and no audio before. I also don't think you joining as a guest is the issue you have here.

My suggestion to fix your problem, is to uninstall the app, reboot your ipad and reinstall the ms teams app again. This usually fixes any bugs I've had with other apps playing up, it also give you the latest upgrade, plus its a fast and simple fix solution for 99% of issues.

I remember that comment I also can't remember the exact quote but it was completely dismissive of what Mr Hart said as his initial comment to KL and goes to point out the environment ISX had to cope with in dealing with the ASX from the outset that there would be no negotiating.
