JK isn't talking about SP1, obviously its not listing. Anyone who borrowed (shorted) SP1 shares is also responsable for covering the new equivalent isxf shares issued from the demerger. These are the "borrow" (shares) that need to be repaid to the borrower upon isxf listing. This has nothing to do with SP1 shares your discussing. JK's twitter statement below is correct.
The shorters are still on the hook until the new isxf shares are repaid to the borrower on listing, even if they have closed out the SP1 shares that you've been ranting about.
