The performance shares were triggered legally . ASIC is claiming that the way in which the revenue was made was not in the best interests of ISX shareholders . ( Only to benefit the performance share recipient’s) JK made all the moves necessary to ensure the milestones were met ( sure why wouldn’t he ) . I mean that’s the idea of it. So the question is we’re these contracts integral to the growth of the company to the huge growth it experienced just prior to the ASX suspension.?
