Thats an interesting narrative before any court has handed down its verdict. It will be interesting if the court decides that ISX is off the hook, then I feel that the ASX suspending ISX for no valid reason according to the court, we may feel a little different. Maybe a big if, but your narrative is favoring a one-sided viewpoint for now.
This verdict that gets handed down has no ramifications for ISX, as we've moved on, but huge for the ASX if they lose.
