ASX: must be treated as innocent. No guilty verdict in court.
ASIC: definitely innocent - no one even brought a court case against them.
JK: we will have to see. As his are the only actions facing a court case, he is the only one who might be guilty.
Yes, I keep posting on this stock. I own it (unlike you), and I have seen enough evidence to convince me. The problem with the JK mob - this is not his company. It was publicly listed, so it's our company. If he did the wrong thing, he should be booted and shamed, and our company should continue and grow WITHOUT HIM.
