    imagine asking for permission so that u do not need to put out a full disclosure document to 10,000 ums n dads and not have to meet all of the protections that a listed company would disclose to those 10,000 mums n dads.

    would be similar to the level of shareholder respect and disclosure happening right know at southern cross payments i spose......
