chapters 6/7 of the corp act is what isxf do not wanna do when they seek to offer an investment in that other company. they r fighting to not do that..... well, more accurately it is not isxf doing that. the company trying to offer the investment does not even have anyone named karantzis on the board . my knowledge is at the limit so done with that.
more interested what the cost base is for a share in isxf? surely after 2 years investors know what they paid for a share.... or the reason that they do not know that?
