Hi, verdict in the ASIC v ISX/Karantzis was expected "in the new year", and Federal Court has apparently just returned. So, no news on the exact date, but the judgement should be within weeks.
Yes, it appears there are efforts afoot to make a proposal to Australian based shareholders for a transaction, however this is now subject to a dispute of sorts with ASIC regarding what should be in the prospectus.
