You have said that we must assume that everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
You have said that someone is only guilty when they are found guilty in court.
So keeping it just this simple, please confirm the following:
- ASX is innocent, because they have not been found guilty of anything
- ASIC is innocent, because they have not been found guilty of anything, and never even had a court case against them regarding ISX
- Visa is innocent, because they have not been found guilty of anything, and never even had a court case against them regarding ISX
- Karantzis is to be assumed innocent for now, pending the outcome of the court case.
By your standards, Karantzis might be guilty but must be treated as innocent pending ASIC case. Unless something unexpected changes, ASX, ASIC and Visa are innocent - not even a pending charge anywhere among them - squeaky clean...
