Company isn't seeking a demerger ruling - they told us they were stopping. Think they said they were "shifting their focus" to other things. The ATO do hundreds of these a year - it isn't hard.

From appearances, ATO asked for more information, and ISX viewed it as dangerous to give whatever info over... What they're hiding this time, I don't know, but they've proven repeatedly that they aren't in it for our benefit...
