I wonder when that process is going to come to a head?
Again, was the intention to submit the EGM to shareholders prior to the outcome of the ASIC case? Looks like the corrupt ASIC and its outrageous demands on the prospectus has thrown a spanner in the works of that timeline. However, I would pay to see the court verdict drop in the same week as the EGM to monetise the performance shares overseas is announced.
