The point i am trying to make isn't new information, it's what they have already.
IF IF ISX are found not guilty, I would think a lot of major lawyers would love to have a crack at ASX and ASIC and will find a way to get it up and running.
With ASX case i can understand why you keep bringing up that ISX dropped the case, at that stage the ASIC case was more important, and with the moving overseas budget blow out happens and the money was better spent on the business, its proven with the business. Going forward at a nice Steady pace. (Long term goals) i used to do allot of just interstate work, i would put 10% on top of costs I expected and still lost out.
Take the good with the bad. The ASIC case is the one, I also feel this is holding up NSX going forward.
