    No, shareholders had shares and still have shares. Shareholders are not in a position to bring suit against the ASX. Shareholders might be in a position to bring suit against JK... But unfortunately he fled the country, so that gets a little difficult. It's almost like that was the plan.

    A company is its own legal entity. If ASX wrongs a company, that company is the victim. We as shareholders are compensated when our company wins (because our company gets the winnings). To sue them with our company and then sue them personally for the same thing is not possible.

    Additionally, JK brought his case, ante'd up tens of millions of dollars of our money, and then when asked for $2.7m to call on a half billion dollar pot, he folded. He played every card he had and didn't have enough to prove his case, so he folded. You now want to pick up the cards that even JK didn't think would win, and think you can do better with a smaller budget?
