Well, ASIC aren't being accused of doing anything to ISX by anyone outside of HotCopper and JK's personal twitter page, so... nothing will happen to them.

To answer your question "please explain what will happen to ASX or ASIC if they are found to be in the wrong", page 2.69m of the book right in front of me says "neither of them are being sued so they can't be found to be in the wrong". There are 464m pages in this book though, so I'm only half a percent of the way through... JK seemed to think it was worth dropping his case over half of one percent, so I suppose the half a percent is material.
