Thats how someone who just reads all day and learns his craft would see this situation from a previous case file and books.
When you are running a small business, you have to take into account a lot more, so apart from legal action, you have day to day running of business, including staff wages, on boarding new clients, just the data base and hardware would be a worry, if your data fails goodbye ISX, court cases would be minor issues.
This is and will be a start-up spec company for a while. I am in no way, going to support JK if he is found to be at fault, He will still be a part of it, his baby, but he will need to spend a lot of time in the background, if it was me i would jump at it, once a tool man always a tool man. Getting through all the noise the company comes first that's where our noses will be when its making money, nose in the feeding Bin. I for one am quietly surprised how he has been able to keep things going under this amount of pressure.
