The post from goforit99 is littered with inaccuracies, selective hearing and what adds up to significant congnitive dissonance. Its a joke, frankly.
The intial statement that ASIC said it had no evidence is incredibly misleading and just plain inaccurate. ASIC presented lots of circumstantial evidence and only needs to jump the balance of probabilities hurdle.
