    No they did not. That represents a material part of the problem at hand. They concluded a point of view based upon a set of negative questions that had no opportunity for rebuttal nor confirmation.

    In essence, the report was unbalanced and without merit because of the above. Closer to being a tabloid assessment of a rumor heard down the pub.
