I'm confused here, didn't the outcome appear once they realised the ASX had no intention of allowing them to trade again at which point they decided to try and save whatever they could as the majority of their business was in Europe?
You are right they did waste millions, they shouldn't have ever listed on the ASX and wasted all our time, heart ache and tons of our cash. Unfortunately we are here now, we can see more than just a heart beat but a galloping horse. They are ramping up their listing position. Listing is what's important.
You truly believe she won't list? The ruling won't stop the revenue growth.
