Noe of the success depends on those things.

The only things that depend on those things are 10,000 Australian mum's and dad's ability to have visibility of their investment through the company needing to file reporting that complies with Australian regulations that are more onerous than those where the company is currently domiciled.

But you're happy to give that up on a promise that by moving, it might be possible to list on a "premium" exchange sometime in the future.

Maybe delisting has allowed management to focus on growing the company rather than responding to endless ASX queries. The results speak for themselves.

Maybe customers held off because the company's future was uncertain, but they now know better due to the renewed growth.
