Good to have jlo back, he is the biggest voice of reason and most knowledgeable of anyone here.
the way people treat him here is disgusting.
I have also returned as I am interested in the outcome of the case.
not looking good for isx and jk so far.
jlo rightly pointed out that any adverse regulatory outcomes are disclosable in a prospectus. If isx lose this, they can say good bye to any overseas listing's.
