Only agree that "it was a fantastic bit of set up". I do not agree that it will be seen that ISX should have disclosed AML given the AML reason was false would have falsely informed the market and that there is a requirement to protect the value of the company as per the listing rules. And it did falsely inform the market given the AFR's false and misleading reporting on this matter.
