Management say forward sales EUR45m? Management say 25-35% EBITDA/profit. Mid-range, that'd be about $22m (AUD) profit.
Pre-consolidation there were 1b shares. So thats 2.2c per share (22c/share forward earnings post-consolidation). And that's if you trust management's estimates of anything (was it 2022 we were supposed to list?).
So yeah, absolutely, the offer of 7.5c which JK is spruiking to shareholders on every platform for some unspecified reason is stupidly low.
Ive heard many times just how much trouble "shorters" (JK's famous bogeyman hiding under the bed) are in. I doubt there are any left at all. I just dont know how anyone thinks this could possibly open at 50x forward earnings just to get to last traded price. Let alone more.
