Ive been through suspensions list this before. AUZ from memory was about a 9 month suspension with 3 rounds of questions. But they answered them. And at the end of it, they admitted that theyd made a disclosure error, relisted and copped a ~50% drop on relist.

Yeah, it sucks, and the people who lose out most are the shareholders, but there's a reason for it, and you cop it and move on.

JK fought them all the way. That isnt ideal. And the offer is over a 90% drop.
