The "ASX class action" thread I ressurected a couple of weeks ago highlights the extent of the delusion, and the impact all the CEO and company representations to shareholders had up to that point. Interestingly, the thread was started at the time of the demerger annoucement, also coinciding with the 4th statement of claim -"the treasure trove".
What insto is going to want a part of this?
