@durmaz have to agree with you. We lost on issues of disclosure and misleading the market regarding one-off revenue and Visa. The key variable was the 'performance shares', which could have had negative implications if the court determined we obtained them illegally. The Visa breach occurred after the ASX/ASIC forced suspension, which I thought was a bit harsh. The one-off revenue, in the grand scheme of things, wasn't a major issue. ISX had a view which the court did not agree to.
I also believe that disclosure issues shouldn't justify an indefinite suspension. That decision by ASX and ASIC was unfair. They aimed for the cancellation of performance shares from the beginning. I wonder what this means for shareholders who missed out on potential gains.
