Think of like this. You have a suspicion that something is not quite right. A inkling. You ask the other party what’s going on, can we talk about it and sort it. The other party doesn’t come to the party honestly and tells you BS. That’s it. If you have nothing to hide it’s very simple. The other course of action is deceit. The other party smells this and doesn’t like being lied to and it’s game on. They attempt again and again to come to an amicable arrangement but without the other party coming clean, admitting some shortcomings, mistakes, whatever or lies it turns legal. There’s no other option. The court has now determined who was the deceptive party.
