Yes, and there are higher courts. Maybe just maybe there will be an appeal. A number of the issues took place while the coy was suspended so the matters had no impact on me or dare I say all shareholders because we couldn't trade. The laws (all) of our country are so complex nearly all of us have broken one before we get out of bed in the morning. Few ever get caught except where the thought police want to have a go at "you". IMO ASIC should invest taxpayers' money chasing the Christopher Skases and large companies of this world where they are ripping off many thousands of Australians and their hard earnt money. I haven't lost any money over the last five years with this saga, I just haven't been able to exercise my god given right to trade. Seriously, whose fault is that? Oh that's right they don't work at the controller's office anymore. JMT
