If I understand this correctly, ASIC were unable to prove that JK manipulated revenue in order to earn the PS. Whilst I am astounded by this, I accept the rule of law in a democratic and lawful country. Whilst there were several findings by the court about JK that his supporters would find anathema to their cult like hero worship of him, it would be ingenuous of me not to recognise his win on the point of the PS.

Yet who has won?

Clearly JK and those close to him have had a signal victory here but this has not helped the "10,000" retail shareholders we keep hearing about. This outcome will make a European IPO harder instead of impossible with JK as CEO given the findings.

I remain saddened about the prospects for the Australian retail shareholders and disgusted by the JK promoters.
