    The judgement incentivises JK further…this is most important aspect of the outcome for the future direction of ISXFEU IMO.

    ISXFEU continues to grow globally

    CEO (JK) replaced by globally renowned CEO (a given in any case IMO) - this makes it hard for JK to realise remuneration.

    ISXFEU floats enabling all shareholders to realise returns

    This would be the greatest win bearing in mind it was the PS that the early target here. We move on.
