Yeah but hang on,in the years ASIC has failed as the report states,, ASIC have sucked billions of dollars of taxpayers funding.
This is in itself totally unacceptable, and needs immediate investigation and if found liable,those at the helm should be held to account for this shocking waste of taxpayers funding.
The ASX and the level of fraud, market manipulation, and hidden trades, bot trading, algorithmic trading CXA manipulation etc goes against every ASIC principal, a fair open AND transparent market..
What rot they are, and as stated in the report ordinary people have been hurt by these failures.
