Obviously he bent the rules a tad too far, no doubt the watchful eye of the next market regulator will be on the company from here on in which means that the CEO (whoever that may be) has to comply with the regulations or risk another major setback for the company. I'm sure that one setback of this type is enough to keep them on the straight and narrow.
