I don't know why JK tweeted today to tune in as though there were meant to be bombshells. There was nothing that special.

Asic kc said they will challenge some evidence, such as that used in isx vs as case as it may now no longer be relevant, depending on where asic kc finishes up with his statements.

this will likely drag into May potentially as at the end the justice and both kcs were discussing availability.

Nothing we didn’t know? The VISA charges are as good as dead i’d imagine given that acting under the advice of lawyers is allowed under the Corps Act.
