If the Senate and Parliament don't hold public institutions to account then the whole system falls apart.
Surely if the Senate thinks ASIC has potentially mislead the most important institution in our democracy, Parliament, by obfuscating and concealing, are you really suggesting that ASIC would lose sleep over doing something similar to a small relatively incidental company.
