yes it is seriously confusing how anyone in their right mind could support ISX after they dropped their so called unlosable case against the ASX. $500m damages easily proven apparently.
But they didn't want to stump up a few million more in legal costs to guarantee the win. Yeah right.
Even today JK was tweeting how the treasure chest will be presented in court after lunch time - turns out there was nothing.
The man is full of nothing by hot air.
