I put it to you (in the words of ASIC’s KC in court) that:
1. ASIC has commenced legal action against the auditor in support of their action against ISX
2. ASIC has not disclosed the details of the accusations against the auditor as they are insignificant/not serious/ unrelated to their action against ISX.
3. ASIC is acting in their own interest and not in the public interest.
